The Atletico Madrid hitman has been repeatedly linked with a move to the Premier League but has insisted there is no chance of him moving to Chelsea this month.

EPL - Lens chief wants Pompey expelled

The French club is owed money for the transfers of Nadir Belhadj and Aruna Dindane and wanted Portsmouth to be kicked out of the Premier League because of their financial plight. Pompey also owed money to Spurs, Chelsea and Watford.

The Premier League has put into place contingency plans to divert from Portsmouth the £7.5 million TV installment due in the first week of the New Year directly to Spurs, Chelsea and Watford. But no cash will go to Lens as they are insisting that the domestic clubs be given priority.

EPL - Jo suspended for breach of discipline

Brazilian striker Jo has been suspended by Everton and could be about to end his Premier League nightmare with a return to CKSA Moscow in January.

Jo was a big-money signing for Manchester City in the summer of 2008, when the Blues forked out £18 million to take him from CSKA Moscow, but he lasted just six months at Eastlands before being loaned out to Everton.
