The quarter final draw will have a repeat of last year's final in which Man Utd won 4-1 on penalties. The rest of the matches will see Chelsea travelling to Ewood Park to take on Blackburn, Portsmouth to host Aston Villa and Arsenal travelling to Stadium of Manchester to face old boys Adebayor and Toure.
Carling Cup quarter-final draw:
Blackburn v Chelsea
Man Utd v Tottenham
Portsmouth v Aston Villa
Man City v Arsenal.
The matches will take place in the week beginning November 30.
