It is understood that the FA are not planning to take any action against the United manager over his comments about referee Martin Atkinson following his side's 1-0 defeat to Chelsea.
Atkinson awarded a free-kick for Darren Fletcher's challenge on Ashley Cole which eventually lead to Terry's winner. Ferguson also belived that Brown was impeded when Frank Lampard's floated the free kick in.
