Robinho suffered a setback in his recovery from a stress fracture of the ankle and is set to out for another two weeks. Manager Mark Hughes was hoping that the Brazilian will be available to face Scunthorpe in the Carling Cup on Tuesday.
There are better news on the injury front as Kolo Toure returned to training while Craig Bellamy is due to return to training on Friday.
