Newcastle have signed winger Gabriel Obertan from Manchester United on a five-year deal.
Obertan, 22, moved to Old Trafford from Bordeaux in 2009 but he made just four Premier League starts for the club and has now been allowed to move on.
Obertan joins fellow Frenchmen Hatem Ben Arfa, Yohan Cabaye, Sylvain Marveaux and Mehdi Abeid at St James' Park.
