Chelsea full-back Jose Bosingwa will miss the rest of the season and the World Cup with Portugal as he requires further surgery on a knee injury suffered against Aston Villa.
Bosingwa, who joined Chelsea from Porto for £16.3 million last season, has not played since mid-October, making only eight Premier League appearances this campaign.
