EPL - Burnley captain Caldwell expects to move on

Burnley captain Steven Caldwell admits he is likely to be leaving the relegated Premier League club this summer.

Caldwell, who led the Clarets to promotion to the top flight last year, is out of contract at the end of the current campaign.

The 29-year-old has played just twice since December due to injury and has had no discussions with manager Brian Laws over a new deal.

Caldwell joined Burnley, then managed by Steve Cotterill, from Sunderland in a £200,000 deal in January 2007.
