Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez has been fined £2,250 by the Football Association and warned about his future conduct following comments made about referee Stuart Atwell.
Martinez made the comments in the wake of Wigan's 3-0 Premier League defeat to Manchester City at Eastlands on March 29.
The Wigan boss had been angered by Atwell's decision to send of Gary Caldwell for a challenge on Carlos Tevez with the game at 0-0.
The charge was proven at a personal hearing with the Independent Regulatory Commission on Wednesday.
